The device supports printing scanning copying and faxing and includes security features like DataOverwriteSecurity System (DOSS) and hard disk drive encryption. It has a 9'' tiltable LCD control panel and offers preset shortcuts for frequent tasks. The MP 2554 handles paper sizes up to 11'' x 17'' (A3) with a standard capacity of 1200 sheets expandable to 4700 sheets. Productivity can be enhanced with optional finishing and cloud connectivity features such as the Ricoh Smart Device Connector app.
