  • What differentiates the VersaLink C500/N from the C500/DN model?
    The "N" model is configured specifically for network single-sided (simplex) printing out of the box. Unlike the "DN" variant, it does not feature an automatic internal duplexing module for automatic two-sided sheet output.
  • Does the VersaLink C500/N include copying or scanning capabilities?
    No. This model is a dedicated single-function color office printer and does not include a scanner. If your office requires copying and scanning, you should evaluate the multifunction variant, the VersaLink C505 series.
  • Can I manage cloud services directly from the control panel interface?
    Yes. The printer features a responsive 5-inch capacitive touchscreen that provides shortcut access to standard cloud folders like Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, and Dropbox natively.
