The Ricoh SP 4520DN is a compact cost-efficient A4 black and white LED printer ideally suited for small to medium-sized workgroups. It is designed to simplify the way offices work by moving information quickly and economically. The device delivers fast high-quality black-and-white documents at speeds of up to 42 pages per minute (ppm) with a sharp 1200 x 1200 dpi resolution. It features an easy-to-use tiltable 4.3-inch color touch panel that allows users to add shortcuts and customize their home screen. The printer is network-ready with standard gigabit Ethernet and offers mobile printing capabilities via the Ricoh Smart Device Print & Scan app allowing users to print directly from phones and tablets. It has a standard paper capacity of 600 sheets expandable up to 1600 sheets with optional paper feed units. The SP 4520DN includes automatic double-sided printing to reduce paper use and is certified with ENERGY STAR and EPEAT Silver criteria for energy efficiency. Key security features such as Locked Print and DataOverwriteSecurity System (DOSS) are also available as options.
