The Sharp MX-8081 is a high-performance A3 color multi-functional printer (MFP) designed for high-end office high-volume and light production environments requiring professional finishing sophisticated workflow and high productivity. It is capable of printing and copying at speeds of up to 80 pages per minute in both color and black and white with a true 1200 x 1200 dpi resolution. It features a 10.1-inch tiltable color LCD touchscreen with an intuitive Easy UI mode and a retractable keyboard for enhanced ease of use. The device includes a 300-sheet Duplex Single Pass Feeder (DSPF) that scans two-sided documents at up to 240 images per minute. The MX-8081 supports a wide range of paper sizes up to SRA3/A3 wide and thicknesses up to 300 g/m². Standard features include wireless connectivity Sharp OSA® (Open System Architecture) for integration with network and cloud-based applications and advanced security features like data encryption access control and a self-healing firmware system. Optional features include an embedded Fiery® server for advanced color management and a variety of professional finishing options including saddle stitch and stapleless stapling.
