The multifunction eSTUDIO 3100-c digital copier is a complete colour solution that functions as a fully connected colour network printer that produces 31 full-colour prints per minute. The advanced technological features incorporated into it are engineered to support the dual controller strategy using the FieryŽ line of servers. This copier incorporates proprietary image quality control techniques to assure the highest possible image reproduction. This minimizes colour fading, reduces copy discoloration over time, and also results in consistently higher resolution copies and fewer colour calibration calls. It uses the screen enhancement technology to increase the image density of the original document by accurately reproducing lighter colours. A map mode imaging function recreates sharp, fine lines and small document text. And high-quality halftone processing reproduces photographs in rich, beautiful colours. The optional advanced image enhancement mode automatically distinguishes between text, graphics, and line art on the same page. This enables it to accurately recreate documents with magnificent clarity and vibrant colours. New enhanced features include the ability to restrict or limit access to the colour portion of the machine, scanning to FTP and i-fax, and booklets from walk-up or printing mode.
