The Back to Basics Cocoa Latte CM300BR is a hot-drink maker that makes a delicious cup of cocoa, coffee, or tea. This machine heats water or milk to the ideal temperature, then can whip the liquid with a powdered beverage mix to create a delicious blend. A dispensing valve lets you safely pour the heated beverage into a cup or mug without ever having to lift the carafe. The main unit weighs 5 pounds and is quite compact, standing only 12 inches tall, 7.5 inches wide, and 9 inches deep at its widest points. To use, you just add up to 32 ounces of water or milk to the mixing container, add powdered drink mix(es) and twist-lock the lid in position atop the mixing container. The high-speed motor whips drinks at 4,000 rpm for delicious, frothy results. Two pushbutton controls (on and off) allow for simple operation. Once you press the "on" button, the machine begins to heat and a stirring paddle starts to mix the contents. When the correct temperature has been reached, the machine automatically shuts off. To dispense, place a cup or mug under the valve and press the "dispense" lever, which mixes as it dispenses for a frothy beverage. Flip the dispensing lever to allow a stream to pour out into your cup. You can press the "off" button at any time during the mixing and heating process to cancel operation. This unit also has wraparound cord storage to keep counter clutter to a minimum. The Back to Basics Cocoa Latte CM300BR can also be used to make cafe lattes, instant cappuccinos, hot cider drinks, and other heated beverages.
