Executive Service Warranty for DocuMate 272 Features
Technical Assistance by
Phone ExecutiveService and Support includes priority
phone support for an unlimitednumber of incidents during the
warranty coverage period. Technicalsupport provides assistance in
the installation and use of software andhardware provided in the
product package. Assistance may includeinitial installation,
configuration of user options, and identificationof support issues,
providing workarounds whenever possible.
Tocontact the technical support team for Executive Service
customers,simply call our toll free number at (800) 648-0410 and
enter your PINnumber (contract authorization code). At the prompt
you need onlyselect the model to be connected with a product
support specialist.
Warranty Exchange (RMAs) ExecutiveService
customers are entitled to receive advance overnight shipmentfor
approved Return Material Authorizations (RMAs). Customers may
thenuse the packaging received to return their defective unit.
Hardwarereplacements are shipped after prior authorization from one
of ourtechnical support agents, and a valid RMA number is issued.
Allpackages arriving at our repair center must have a valid RMA
numberclearly posted outside on the package.
Coverage Period Werecommend buying the
Executive Service agreement at the OriginalProduct Purchase Date
(OPPD). This will ensure the best protection,maximizing equipment
uptime by simplifying and streamlining the overallsupport
experience. However, we do allow our customers up to 180 daysfrom
the original date of purchase to acquire the "Executive
Serice"coverage.
*Note: Coverage will be retroactive to the original date of
purchase if purchased after the OPPD.
