When in the end-user mode, users can manage the status of various print, scan, and fax jobs that are transmitted. When in the administrator mode, network and device configurations may be set remotely. Additionally, the device will proactively notify the administrator should there be an error or when the device needs preventative service. This results in maximum machine run time and increased end-user satisfaction.
