ScanStation OP document imaging and distribution software
transforms your E-Studio 167 into a full-featured information hub.
It integrates hardcopy documents directly into the workflow of
critical business processes�reporting, administration, document
management, financials, human resources, and customer management.
Additionally, easy-to-use administration tools let you manage
multiple devices from one central location. Convert scanned
documents into 16 file types with the touch of a button. Instant
Optical Character Recognition (OCR) file format transforms hardcopy
text and graphic documents into easily editable file formats
including .doc, .html, .pdf, and more. This innovative technology
automatically performs OCR and file conversions. Converted images
can then be sent to network drives, Email, or
both.
Time is money, particularly when you need your
documents ASAP. Always accommodating, the e-Studio 167
features a first copy out time of 7.5 seconds and a fast warm-up
time of 25 seconds, so you�ll be more productive. Plus, the
E-Studio 167 offers a zoom ratio range of 25% to 200%, making it
flexible enough to accommodate a variety of
projects. You have the option of a second 250-sheet
cassette, a 550-sheet paper feed pedestal, and a fourth 550-sheet
drawer. When it�s all said and done, the E-Studio 167 offers a
maximum paper capacity of 1,700 sheets.
