SMC's 2.4GHz Power Injector is able to power the SMCAMP-250 Amplifier via a Category 5 cable. It allows power to be delivered at a distance of up to 100m (328 feet) and only needs access to standard 12V power, and a Category 5 connection to the network (i.e. Hub or Switch).
