McAfee E-Business Server Partner Edition offers the same functionality as the standard E-Business Server product, protecting sensitive data with 128-bit PGP encryption and data authentication. However, it's specifically tailored for use in a branch office or partner site that is required to use E-Business Server as part of a 'hub-and-spoke' implementation and limits encryption to one other encryption key. E-Business Server Partner Edition protects sensitive data for businesses, including bank transactions and account information, credit card information, point-of-sale data, manufacturing inventory and production data. E-Business Server Partner Edition also addresses the needs of healthcare, energy and financial companies, which protect customer and operating data by implementing partner or regulatory mandates (for example, HIPAA, GISB, Gramm-Leach-Bliley).
