NEFAX 560 FEATURES
Increase productivity with auto-dial capabilities that include
64
one-touch dials that offer quick, convenient error-free dialing.
If
you prefer, you can simply dial directly from the unit
keypad.
The NEFAX 560 accommodates up to 164 auto-dial
locations
and up to 180 locations for broadcast transmissions.
In
addition to handling various copier tasks, the NEFAX
560
intelligently inter-operates with other office equipment as
well.
Built-in parallel port and serial ports allow for flexible
choices
for computer connections. Integration applications
include
faxing from your PC and using the NEFAX as a scanner
(TWAIN). The NEFAX 560 comes standard with a PCL
Driver,
making it print-ready right out of the box. A GDI Printer Driver
is
also available, which will offer up to 600 x 600 dpi when
printing
from a Microsoft� Windows� environment. NEC's NEFAX
560
is
a quality, reliable and dependable system that works as
hard
as
you do.
The automatic document feeder on the NEFAX 560 handles
up
to
30 pages. After scanning, these pages are
automatically
collated, saving the user time and effort. With a full 1-MB
of
page memory, upgrade to 7-MBs, the unit will still
receive
documents and store them in memory, whenever it runs out
of
toner or paper.
Fast scanning capabilities, combined with a 14.4 modem
ECM, offer cost-effective speed and communications
efficiency.
The unit can even be upgraded to a 33.6 modem ECM
(Error
Connection Mode is standard).
