Print
The NEC IT8200 Print System option offers networked printing PCL6
and PostScript-3 emulation for Windows, Mac, and Unix/Linux
operating systems. Now your entire office can network print, with
duplex output up to 11" X 17". Extended features include;
finishing, booklet, secure printing, and more.
Scan
The NEC IT8200 Network Scanning option provides multiple scan
functions to; import documents, convert your paper document base to
files, and communicate your information via electronic file.
Scan-to-Email: Communicate your documents to anyone�s email. The
NEC IT8200 sends scanned documents in file format within an
email.
Scan-to-FTP: Scan your documents to an FTP server for access by
users to view and or retrieve the document, using proxy
servers.
Scan-to-PC/File:Scan directly to your desktop, offers you the
ability to scan directly to a Host PC on the network.
TWAIN Scanning: Twain scanning application for your PC. Once
loaded, use the NEC IT8200 as a scanner controlled from your
desktop.
Security
Available security features allow you to store and your access
documents, prints, and copies, in the hard disk drive of your NEC
IT8200 - to protect your information. Also an available security
kit provides overwrite and erase functions for Hard disk drive.
Network
Integration
The NEC IT8200 has an available suite of utilities providing
solutions for device management, document control, networking
integration and administrative productivity.
