Overview
If you have a printer problem call Lexmark's Technical Support
Center or submit a support request via the web. Lexmark's highly
trained technicians will first try to resolve the problem. If your
problem cannot be resolved, Lexmark will air express an exchange
printer to you the next business day. Upon receipt of the exchange
printer, you just pack the defective printer in the carton which
contained the exchange printer, place the United Parcel Service
(UPS) prepaid shipping label that was inside the box on the outside
of the box, and take the printer to a UPS drop-off point, like
Mailboxes, etc. or your local UPS office, for shipment back to
Lexmark. Please note: If you call UPS to come and pick up the
printer from your site, they will charge a pick-up fee. This fee is
not refunded by Lexmark. If you prefer, your printer may be
repaired and returned, rather than exchanged. In either case,
Lexmark pays for all shipping charges.
