The HOP 213PB is a manually operated comb binder and punch with disengageable dies to enchance job versatility. You can for comb binding or three ring binding. Simply place the paper into the slot, pull a lever, and the bound document is ready to go. It features a comb spreader variance control to keep combs of different sizes securely open during binding. This adjustable margin gauge allows for easy page alignment for punching. Also does wire binding and 3-hole punching for binders. Punches up to 20 sheets per punch. Binds documents up to 425 sheets (2" thick) and documents up to 12" long.
