Overview
The DFX-8500 is an advanced
dedicated workhorse printer providing supreme reliability with a
mean time before failure (MTBF) of 10,000 (POH), a print head life
of 400 million characters and a ribbon life of 15 million
characters.
Advance paper handling
accommodates a variety of paper types including labels and
multi-part forms while the standard front and rear push tractor can
be switched easily between different types of continuous paper.
Optional paper & perforation cutters provide paper finishing
capabilities.
The DFX-8500 is supplied
with Windows 3.1/95 � Windows NT 3.51/4.0 drivers and EPSON Status
Monitor 2 software for Microsoft Windows '95 that allows remote
checking of the status of the printer.
