This service ensures that Alcatel will expedite delivery of replacement hardware in the unlikely event a device goes down due to a hardware issue. Advanced Hardware Replacement under the Plus program entitles hardware shipped to your premises, at Alcatel's expense, for arrival within 24 hours after diagnosis as determined by an Alcatel support engineer. Alcatel recommends the Plus program as a minimum service for customers seeking hardware and software coverage but who do not require on-site maintenance.
