Stand-Alone or PC Compatible Disc Title Printer

The CW-75 is a thermal printer with a print area measuring 5/8" x 2 15/16". On a typical CD-R, you can print up to eight lines in one print area above the opening in the center of the CD-R, and up to eight lines in one print area below the hole, for a total of 16 lines. (The thermal transfer ribbon will print about 50 CDs using one print area.) The Disc Title Printer is powered by 8 "AA" size batteries or an optional AC adaptor.

PC : IBM PC / AT with the following specifications.
· Windows 98, 98SE, Me, 2000 Professional, or XP pre-installed
· Pentium® II266MHz or higher CPU or CPU recommended for running the OS being used
· USB port
Memory : 64MB minimum (128MB minimum recommended)
Hard disk : At least 40MB available for installation, plus additional
60MB available for running the application
Display : Color display (256 colors minimum, High-Color recommended) with 800 × 600-dot resolution, compatible with Windows 98, 98SE, Me, 2000 Professional, or XP
Pointing device : Mouse or other equivalent device compatible with Windows 98, 98SE, Me, 2000 Professional, or XP

This printer is a thermal transfer printer, whose print head must be able to move across the surface of the DISC. Because of this, satisfactory printing results may not be possible if you try to print on an ink jet printable disc, or on a disc whose label has a rough surface or some design within the area printed by the printer. Be sure to use the recommended media described above.
