The color flatbed scanner performs with an optical resolution of 600 x 2400-dpi and a high quality interpolated resolution up to 9600-dpi. You can scan directly to e-mail with easy-to-use dedicated scan buttons. And use the OCR software to scan documents into editable text without retyping.
The DCP-1400 is compatible with Windows and Mac operating systems. It installs simple with either the parallel or USB connectivity. It also includes a parallel cable.
