The Campus-RS Line Unit (CACLURS-02) comprises half of an HDSL transmission system. When connecting to another Campus-RS desktop or line unit, the standard HDSL transmission rates are available. The unit can be configured to support an extended HDSL Operating Mode over single-loop or dual-loop connection. The extended HDSL Operating Modes provide a way to make trade-offs between the reach of the HDSL line and the transmission rate.
