Customers may purchase an Installation and Activation Package to receive support from authorized Ricoh Service Professional. This Service Package includes Basic Installation, Training and Network Connectivity (one server and two workstations). Connections to additional servers and/or workstations will be billed at the local time and material rate offered by the service provider.
