The Spectrum and Spectrum XF Front-Page Imprinter Upgrade allows you the added ability to print a user-defined text "string" upon the front side of your documents. Also known as "endorsing", the imprinting takes place on a "pre-scan" basis, which means that all of your document images will contain the imprinted string as will the physical copies. These strings can be used to preserve information about when the document was scanned, who scanned it, or any other information that will be useful to reference both on the actual document and stored image.
