On site support customers whose products are located more than 150 miles (240km in Europe) from one of Overland Storage service centers may still purchase Bronze level on site support by adding this Zone Uplift to their order. PRODUCT FEATURES: Technical support available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.- 5 p.m., excluding recognized public and company holidays; Out of Service Zone uplift for Bronze support coverage on products located more than 150 miles (240km) from one of Overland Storage service centers. This support uplift is required for each installation and each unit.
