The imageRUNNER 400V is a 40 page-per-minute standalone copier that delivers the advanced features and speed needed to boost the productivity of any mid-size corporate department.

A standard paper capacity of 1,050-sheets can be upgraded to 2,050 sheets with the optional paper cassette feeding unit. Additional optional accessories include a 50-sheet Automatic Document Feeder and a finisher to handle sorting and stapling requirements. Plus, high-yield supplies and components and a host of energy-saving features help keep operating costs to a minimum.

	Operating at 40 pages-per-minute, the imageRUNNER 400V supports a maximum monthly duty cycle of 120,000 impressions per month, giving it the ability to handle the copy volume of any medium-sized corporate deparment.
	The imageRUNNER 400V features superior output quality of 600 x 600 dpi true resolution, interpolated to 1200 x 600 dpi resolution. Combined with 256-level grayscale support, the imageRUNNER 400V delivers the most faithful reproduction of continuous-tone and halftone images.
	The imageRUNNER 400V comes with 32MB of Image Server Memory that supports a host of functions including Scan-Once-Print-Many and Auto Image Orientation.
	The imageRUNNER 400V has an intuitive LCD Touch Panel Display that acts as the primary interface for end-users. The consistent look of the interface panel allows customers currently familiar with Canon technology to immediately implement the imageRUNNER 400V with little or no training required.
	With Automatic Trayless Duplexing standard, productivity and reliability of the device is greatly increased by supporting the printing of two-sided pages at the rated engine speed.

	The imageRUNNER 400V's manufacturing status as an imageRUNNER Factory-produced New Model helps reduce waste and conserve the environment. An imageRUNNER Factory-produced New Model is manufactured by converting an existing Canon product into a new model. Given New Model status and a new product name and serial number, the product contains new, reconditioned, or recovered parts and fully meets Canon's new product performance and reliability specifications. This status follows Canon's long held "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle" philosophies and initiatives.
