The UB-7325 comes with utility software that consists of Document Manager and Document Viewer. Contents on the screen can convert to detailed meeting minutes with annotation by using the Document Viewer function. The Document Manager then makes it easy to file and distribute the meeting minutes in a flash. Supported saving file format is BMP, TIFF, PNG and PDF.
