The Trend Micro Virus Response Service Level Agreement (Virus Response SLA) offers customers a penalty-backed commitment that pattern files for detecting new viruses will be delivered within two hours from the time a virus case is submitted. With the Virus Response SLA, customers can minimize the expenses and lost productivity associated with virus attacks knowing when and what to expect from Trend Micro. This is one of a series of service initiatives that supports the company's Enterprise Protection Strategy. Trend Micro Enterprise Protection Strategy (EPS) combines services, products, and centralized management tools to deliver Trend Micro's antivirus expertise to customers during each stage of a virus outbreak, from antivirus defense policies through post-attack system clean up and assessment.
